CAN I GO ON A TOUR OF THE MANUFACTURING FACILITY?

Of course it can be arranged. First, you need to send an official letter informing us that you want to visit our production site at least one week in advance and then wait for us to confirm the date of your visit. During the tour, you will be accompanied by our technician who will show you around our product site and answer any questions that you might have.

DO YOU SELL IMPORTED CHAIN SYSTEMS?

HOW DO YOU DETERMINE THE CRITICAL MOMENT AT WHICH A CHAIN NEEDS TO BE REPLACED?

The general rule of thumb is that if a chain stretches by more than 3%, you must stop using it even if it looks fine. Once a chain stretches by more than 3%, the conditions under which the chain can reliably engage with the sprockets no longer hold. You must also stop using a chain if any of its components get destroyed or disconnected from each other.

WILL CHAINS MANUFACTURED IN RUSSIA OPERATE CORRECTLY IN IMPORTED EQUIPMENT?

They will operate correctly provided the following criteria are met:
a) the domestically manufactured chain must have the same dimensions as the original chain used in the imported equipment
b) the domestically manufactured chain must be made using the materials and production processes similar to those in the original imported chains.

WHAT WARRANTY DO YOU OFFER FOR YOUR PRODUCTS?

All our standard chains are covered by GOSTs (state standards) that stipulate standard warrant terms and conditions for all chains.
We offer extended warranty for our high-strength chains manufactured in accordance with our own TU. For different types of chains we offer a warranty of 12 to 24 months.

DO YOU HAVE ISO 9001 CERTIFICATES?

Yes. The quality management system we use in our manufacturing facility is certified for compliance with ISO 9001. You can be rest assured regarding the quality of our products.

CAN THE TIMING CHAINS THAT YOU MANUFACTURE BE INSTALLED ON THE TIMING MECHANISM OF THE SSANGYONGACTYON ENGINE?

Yes. The silent timing chains that we manufacture can be used in the timing mechanisms of the engines installed in SsangYongActyon vehicles.

CAN AN ORIGINAL CHAIN BE REPLACED WITH A SUBSTITUTE THAT HAS THE SAME DESIGNATION?

All our chains are manufactured in accordance with relevant technical regulations (GOST, ISO, DIN). If the replacement chain you're considering using meets the criteria specified in the technical documentation, it is compatible with your equipment. However, the replacement chain can have a different service life than the original one, its service life can be shorter or longer, which depends on the chain's manufacturer.

DOES THE QUALITY OF IMPORTED CHAINS DIFFER SIGNIFICANTLY FROM THE QUALITY OF YOUR PRODUCTS?

The quality of chains depends to a large degree on customer requirements. If you need a chain that has the same service life as imported counterparts, we can do that. But we always recommend that our customers do a cost-benefit analysis first. In general, though, all our products meet the requirements of relevant technical regulations (GOST, TU etc.)

DO YOU SELL CHAINS TO NATURAL PERSONS?

Yes we do. You can order products from our online catalogue and pay for them through our online service. The products will be shipped within the time specified in the invoice.

DO YOU EXPORT YOUR PRODUCTS?

Yes we do and we have done that practically from the day of our foundation. We can arrange delivery and customs clearance of our products.

CAN WE ORDER SPROCKETS FOR A NON-STANDARD CHAIN FROM YOU?

Yes. We can manufacture any kind of sprocket for any type of chain. All we need for that is a drawing, a sketch or a sample sprocket. If you supply us with all the information we need about your chain we can design sprockets for it. You can also participate directly in the design of the sprocket: you can specify the materials you want us to use, the way the sprocket is to be installed on the shaft, whether it needs heat treatment etc.

WHAT ELSE CAN YOU MAKE OTHER THAN CHAINS?

The core business of our company is manufacture and sale of chains of various types. However, we also manufacture complementary products to make life easier for our customers, these include: chain transporters, shafts, sprockets, gears, augers, and couplings of any size and complexity. In order to calculate the manufacturing costs, we need a drawing, a sketch or a filled out questionnaire.
