Important information!

All chain products manufactured by Akmash-Holding have manufacturer labels (beware of counterfeits).

All our products are delivered in boxes and packaging that protect them against damage, precipitation, and other impacts in transit and offer protection against corrosion for up to several months.

Ways to buy our products

ORDER BY PHONE

You can order products by placing a phone call with a sales representative at (8332) 50-00-00 or 8-800-505-15-80 (a toll-free number).

Our representative will consult you on prices and delivery options and will help pick the right solution for your purposes.

ORDER BY MAIL

You can place an order by sending an email to sales@akmash.ru

An invoice and/or additional information for the specific product you're interested in will be sent back to you before the end of the work day.

ORDER THROUGH THE ONLINE STORE

When you place an order in our online store, you can manage your order online, i.e. you can change the quantity, reserve products, choose payment and delivery options.

PROCEED TO MAKE PURCHASES

All of the delivery and payment options are available for both legal entities and natural persons

Payment method

Payment for the product is made by bank transfer

FOR NATURAL PERSONS:

  • payment can be made from any bank office using the bank details found in the invoice or the bill.
  • Payment can be made by bank card: on the relevant page, click on Pay with a Bank Card. Payments are processed by PAO Sberbank for bank cards serviced by any of the following payment systems:
    • MIR;
    • VISA International;
    • Mastercard Worldwide;
    • JCB.

FOR LEGAL ENTITIES:

  • an invoice form will be sent by your personal sales representative or alternatively you can get it printed out if you place an order in our online store.

Shipping options

PICK-UP

  • You can check the quality of the product and make sure all components are in place at our storage facility
  • you can pick the packaging option that best suits your purposes
  • orders can be picked up at any time between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday

BY A DELIVERY COMPANY

You can have your order delivered by any nation-wide delivery company such as Business Lines, PEK, Kashelot (formerly KIT), DPD, Baikal Service, Russian Post.

  • Orders can be picked up free of charge
  • Discounts of 10%–20% are offered for shipments from Akmash-Holding
  • You can track the order status in the personal area of the delivery company using the receipt number.
  • You can learn the preliminary price in the delivery calculator section of the delivery company's website.

BY ROAD AND BY RAIL

  • for deliveries weighing 1000 kg or more
  • we choose the best delivery option for you free of charge
